  • Here is the answer to your questions!

  • An invoice will be sent to you shortly after our appointment. Invoices are due within 24 hours and can be paid by e-transfer (info@babyhippie.ca).

  • Outside our in-person service area? Consider a virtual visit!

    Still want to meet in person? An additional $30 travel fee will apply. Contact us for more details.

  • Things happen! If you cannot make your appointment please cancel 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a $50 fee.

  • If you need help feeding your baby breast milk or formula, you are in the right place.

  • Yes! You can have any support person(s) with you during your visit. Make sure to write their name(s) on your intake form.

  • Your comfort and autonomy are my top priorities. I may need to witness a feed, assist with positioning or examine your anatomy depending on the type of visit. Throughout our time together I encourage you to leave on whatever clothes make you feel most comfortable and I will always ask your permission to touch you or your baby.

  • At this time our services are not covered by OHIP. Some benefit plans may cover lactation consultant services, please consult with your insurance provider.

  • My main goal is to make you feel confident in your infant feeding decisions, whether they be breast/chest/body, formula or combination feeding. As a Lactation Consultant I am here to share tips and tricks to make your feeding journey an empowering one.

  • For two weeks following your visit I will answer your questions or concerns via email.

    After 2 weeks I ask that you book a follow up appointment to address your concerns.
